Meet Mico.
A 19 year-old biology student from Antique. He spends his weekends as a tour guide to gain some earnings for his schooling.

The minimum payment he receives from tourists is only 150 pesos but if you happen to meet him, give more because he is a good tour guide.

His vacant days from class are spent in this mountainous area of Antique and enjoys the trekking of the trails rain or shine.

Thinking about his situation, I felt so blessed to have finished schooling without any monetary concerns. I hope he'll be blessed with good health and more drive to finish his course and succeed in every endeavor he will encounter.

One fine sunny Sunday morning turned into a memorable day for us - me, Yen, Jucee and Kevin. Wonderful sunny morning - best time to conquer the island. Against the light. I was once fond of buying streetfoods. Turning back time, it was also one of the enjoyed past times I had with my friends. Street foods are ready to eat goodies sold in public places. Often, from a portable food booth, a cart or some in food trucks. According to a study from Food and Agriculture Organization, 2.5 billion people eat street food everyday.
